Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Groupe SHF, the customer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the shop. Purchasing a product through the shop constitutes unreserved acceptance by the customer of these general terms and conditions of sale, which the customer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order. Before any transaction, the customer declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into commitments under these general terms and conditions of sale.
Groupe SHF reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Accordingly, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the customer's order.

Article 1. Definitions
Shop: the website: https://www.my-ony.com//
Customer: the individual who, acting in a professional or commercial capacity, enters into an agreement with Groupe SHF.
Agreement: any contract or agreement between Groupe SHF and the Customer, of which these general terms and conditions of sale form an integral part.
Products: all intimate products sold by Groupe SHF, including sex toys and consumables.
After-sales service: customer support service.
Marketplace: a platform connecting professionals and buyers (Amazon, CDiscount, eBay, Rakuten, etc.)
Article 2. Products
2.1 STOCK
The products on offer are those listed in the Groupe SHF shop, subject to available stock. Groupe SHF reserves the right to modify the product assortment and to remove items from its shop catalogue at any time.
2.2 Technical specifications
Groupe SHF presents the products for sale on its shop with the necessary details to comply with Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, which gives potential customers the right to know, before placing a final order, the essential characteristics of the products they wish to purchase.
Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on Groupe SHF. The sale of products listed on the shop is intended for all potential customers residing in countries that fully permit the import of such products into their territory.
All prices and other information on the shop are subject to obvious programming, typing, spelling or translation errors.
2.3 Comments
User and customer comments are subject to approval and are not published on the shop in real time.
Groupe SHF reserves the right to remove comments in response to the publication of abusive or defamatory content by users or customers.
Article 5. Products
Options after opening the packaging:
1. Store credit
If the product packaging has been unsealed (VOID security labels removed or plastic film removed), you are still eligible for our "satisfaction guarantee or money back" offer.
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request store credit.
This store credit, equivalent to the price of the product(s) concerned, is valid on all products in our shop. (excluding delivery charges)
This is an opportunity for you to discover other products from our range.
2. Refund:
If you are still not satisfied and do not wish to receive alternative products, a refund equivalent to the price of the product(s) concerned will be issued. (excluding delivery charges)
The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
For your information, under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code: "Sensitive Goods (hygiene) cannot be accepted for return on the grounds of withdrawal if the product packaging has been unsealed by the customer."

The start date of your 30-day period is the delivery date shown on the tracking link for the product(s) purchased.
