Cancellation policy

This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions applicable when certain items in the ONY store are offered with a specific purchase option, such as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy arrangement.
This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy available on the ONY store:
In the event of any conflict, the provisions of the documents applicable to the subject matter of the request shall prevail.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies only to products for which a specific purchase option is expressly displayed on the product page or at the time of placing an order.
In the absence of any contrary indication on the store, a product is deemed to be sold under the standard terms of sale applicable on the ONY site.
2. Subscriptions
When certain products are offered as a subscription, the customer agrees to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency and for the duration selected at the time of ordering.
By taking out a subscription:
- the customer authorises the secure storage of their payment method;
- the customer agrees to be charged automatically for each scheduled instalment, unless full payment has been made in advance;
- certain subscriptions may renew automatically, unless cancelled by the customer before the next billing date.
The customer may modify or cancel their subscription at any time, unless an order linked to the subscription is already being prepared or processed.
Subscription management can be carried out via the link provided in the order confirmation email or, where available, from the customer account area.
Any order that has already been invoiced or processed before the cancellation request is taken into account remains subject to the standard conditions applicable to returns, the right of withdrawal, and refunds, as set out in the Refund Policy.
3. Pre-orders
When a product is offered for pre-order, this means that the product is temporarily unavailable, being restocked, or coming soon.
In this context, ONY may:
- collect the full price at the time of the order;
- collect a deposit or partial payment;
- or register a payment method for full or additional payment at a later date, prior to dispatch.
As long as the pre-order has not been processed, the customer may request its cancellation.
However, once the order has been prepared, processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. It then falls under the standard rules applicable to regular orders, delivery, returns and refunds.
In the event of permanent unavailability of the pre-ordered product, ONY will inform the customer as soon as possible. The applicable terms remain those set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4. Try Before You Buy
Where this option is offered on certain items, the customer may order a product under a try-before-you-buy arrangement, subject to the conditions indicated on the product page or at the time of ordering.
In this case:
- a valid payment method must be provided at the time of ordering;
- a payment authorisation may be carried out prior to dispatch;
- the customer has a period indicated at the time of purchase to decide whether to keep or return the item.
If the customer returns the item within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the communicated conditions, no final charge will be made, subject to verification of the return.
If the customer does not return the item within the specified timeframe, or if the conditions of the try-before-you-buy arrangement are not met, ONY may charge the registered payment method for the total amount due.
The precise terms for returns, validation of the returned product and, where applicable, refunds, remain subject to the Refund Policy applicable on the store.
5. How to request a cancellation or modification
Any request to cancel or modify a purchase option must be submitted as soon as possible:
- via the management link provided in the order confirmation email, where available;
- or by contacting the ONY customer service team at the following address: hello@my-ony.com
Any request submitted after logistical processing, dispatch, or full execution of the order can no longer be considered a cancellation. It will then be handled, where applicable, in accordance with the returns, withdrawal, and refund rules in force.
6. Returns and Refunds
Cancelling a purchase option does not automatically constitute acceptance of a refund.
Return, withdrawal, credit, and refund requests remain governed by the Refund Policy published on the ONY store.
7. Reservations and Amendments
ONY - GROUPE SHF reserves the right to amend this Purchase Option Cancellation Policy at any time, in particular to reflect changes to its services, commercial offers, or any legal or regulatory obligation.
The applicable version is the one published on the store at the date of the relevant order.
