At ONY, your discretion is our priority.
All our parcels are visually 100% neutral, with no mention of the ONY brand or any indication of the contents.
Your privacy is respected at every stage of delivery.

Dispatch

Any order placed on a working day before 1pm is dispatched the same day from our logistics centre in France.

Should this timeframe not be met, the cost of any paid 24h delivery will be automatically refunded, with no further action required on your part.

Delivery

We offer 4 delivery options to suit your preferences (subject to availability depending on the country):

  • 📦 Home delivery: Express or within 2 to 3 working days (mainland France)
  • 📍 Collection point: Express or within 2 to 3 working days (mainland France)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

You will also be notified upon delivery.

👉 Please note: the name ONY never appears, neither on the parcel nor in email notifications, for complete discretion.


🌍 Which countries do you deliver to?

Great news! We currently deliver across the entire European Union 🇪🇺, French Overseas Territories 🌴 and Switzerland 🇨🇭.


📦 What if I'm unable to receive my parcel? No need to worry!

  • 📭 Home delivery:

If your letterbox is not full, the postman will leave your parcel there.
Otherwise, it will be delivered to the nearest collection point to your home.

  • 📍 Collection point delivery:

The collection point will hold your parcel for 8 calendar days.
If you were unable to collect it in time, don't worry: it will be returned to us.
