Jonah Falcon was the first to lay claim to this unusual title.

An HBO documentary released in 1999 describes him as the man with the world's largest penis. His penis measures 24 centimetres when flaccid and over 34 centimetres when erect. Incredible!

Our next destination takes us further south, but still on the North American continent. For the Mexican Roberto Esquivel Cabrera also lays claim to the title of "the world's largest phallus" with his 48 centimetres!

A professional and personal life held back

R. Cabrera underwent official tests to prove that he did indeed have a penis measuring half a metre in length. However, according to TF1, which caught wind of the story, the MRI scan raises questions.

He feels unique and even aspires to feature in the Guinness World Records or become a porn star in the United States.

So, who has the world's largest penis?

It is difficult to establish a ranking of men with the largest penis. The reason is simple: the famous Guinness World Records has not yet taken an interest in this phenomenon. In the case of our 2 record-holders of the day, no independent doctor has assessed the size of their penis.

The title of the world's largest penis can therefore be claimed by anyone. You, me, the next person! And above all, what would be the point of such a ranking?

Having an oversized phallus does not make you better in bed. And of course, size does not define a man's virility or worth.

Despite their difficult lives, J. Falcon and R. Cabrera would not change their penis for anything in the world. Indeed, according to statements made by both "athletes", they prefer to live alone, in their narcissistic bubbles, rather than experience true love with someone.

The idea of having a phallus larger than average fascinates — and even obsesses — some men. These men, sometimes lacking in self-confidence, are in search of the perfect size, convinced that it will grant them more power and appeal with women.

The case of Roberto, who stretched his penis by every means possible during his adolescence, should give us pause for thought.

Social media, television, advertising… The human body has never been under so much pressure. The result: many people feel self-conscious about their bodies. This desperate hunger for recognition and the desire to feel superior to others leads some people to sacrifice their bodies and their wellbeing — as is the case with Roberto.

When the body becomes an obsession, it is society as a whole and the social norms it upholds that must be called into question.
